Wholesale Terms & Conditions
First Time Buyers
Hi and welcome! There is a $150 minimum for first time orders. Payment is due upon shipment for new orders. For orders taken by mail or in person, I will contact you 2-3 days before shipment to let you know your card will be charged, to send an invoice, or to collect payment info if necessary.
There is no minimum to reorder for online or prepaid orders. I offer NET 30 terms to reorders, with a minimum reorder of $150.
All print orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks; however, most in-stock items can be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Upon receipt of your order, I will contact you with your estimated ship date. Additional charges may apply for expedited orders. All orders are packaged and shipped with the utmost care, but if items listed on the invoice are missing or damaged, please contact me within one week of receipt so that items may be reshipped or replaced.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Insured mail from Guerneville, CA. Buyer pays all shipping costs for orders under $250; typically this cost does not exceed $8-$15. Orders for $250+ ship for free. Items ship upon payment unless NET 30 terms apply.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted on damaged items only. Please contact me within one week of receipt of damaged goods for a refund/exchange and for instructions on returning the damaged product.
